This contract can encompass purely our software solutions, or can include hardware therefore components specified by us to act as a PACS server for example, or even communications equipment.

The contract may well be part of your initial software purchase, or certain elements may be covered for a fixed time as part of the installation, but this will always be clarified at the time.
